4. Intellectual Property
The smart-formatter brand, logo, and original UI/UX design are the property of smart-formatter. The code you input into our tools remains 100% your property. We claim no ownership over any data processed through our platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall smart-formatter or its maintainers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but users should always verify critical output.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with standard international web practices. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in a reasonable and collaborative manner.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to block access to our services for any user who violates these terms or engages in abusive behavior that threatens the stability of the platform.
